Steps to Find Calm
- Take 3 deep breaths, counting to 4 on inhale and 6 on exhale
- Name 3 things you can see, 2 you can touch, and 1 you can hear
- Place a hand on your heart and say "This is hard, but I'm doing my best"
- Drink some water and stretch your body gently
